Tallapoosa Citywide Cleanup Registration 
Date:  May 11, 2024 | 9 am to 12 pm (noon)
Location:  25 East Alabama Street, Tallapoosa, GA 30176
The goal of the citywide cleanup is to pick up trash and debris that’s accumulated over the past year to make Tallapoosa's neighborhoods and greens spaces clean, safe, and enjoyable for all!  Work in your own yard or neighborhood or signup to work with others that day and be assigned a location.  Meetup that morning is at City Hall on E. Alabama Street. Pick up your supplies and a free t-shirt before heading out! Tallapoosa residents may dispose of eligible items free of charge at the county landfill located at 222 Landfill Road in Tallapoosa, GA during normal business hours. Some restrictions do apply.  In addition we will have bins for document shredding. 
Register for a chance to win raffle prizes!  Great for students looking for community service work! Lunch vouchers will be provided for volunteers that register.

As a City of Tallapoosa volunteer, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon arrival on the 11th.  All applications of volunteers under the age of 18 will require the signature of their parent or legal guardian.
