WOTB Moderator Application
Hi there, I'm Mallow, admin of FOTF, (a 14yr+ warrior cat roleplay, with a year anniversary on April 4, 2019) and now WOTB, or Wolves of the Borealis. I am currently looking for three moderators for WOTB(16 years and older), which will be a fantasy wolf pack roleplay, based entirely on discord.  This will be an intermediate to advanced roleplay, and already has some basic, fleshed out foundations that you can find on the tumblr. You may wish to review these prior to applying, to ensure that you are serious about the position. I'm looking for someone who would be pretty active, with no frequent, long absences, and can realistically see themselves dedicating time to an active, mature, long term server (and moderating in a mature, unbias nature.)

Can I get a roleplay sample, please? WOTB will be an intermediate-advanced roleplay server, meaning every post will require five sentences of substance minimum, for every member. *
What does being a moderator mean to you? *
We have reviewed applications together as a team, and have unanimously agreed on who to accept into the server. However, once everything gets up and going, there is one person on the server who quite visibly makes the other members uncomfortable. They aren't blatantly breaking any of the rules, but even after being asked to be more aware of other member's feelings, their habits persist. How do you react? (this is a very difficult question, however it is seen quite often. no answer is particularly wrong, however there may be better ways to go about this than others. keep in mind I do not want a "cookie cutter" answer- I want a diverse yet complimentary moderation, in which we will be able to give one another constructive criticism and help one another make the best decisions.) *
