Grief Recovery Interest Survey
We define grief as the conflicting feelings caused by the end of or change in a familiar pattern of behavior. It is real, it is emotional, it is normal and it is natural. So many of us have wounds that we have received decades ago, that are still significantly impacting us and our relationships today. We call that unresolved grief.

We at Navigate, Inc. understand grief and are equipped to help guide you towards hope, healing and recovery. The five men who founded Navigate have been no stranger to the process and understand that we all have experience loss in some way. The formation of this endeavor to support men in grief and loss is a testament to the benefits of the evidence-based Grief Recovery Method.

Our mission is to help men and woman navigate through the emotional waters of grief and loss towards recovery healing and wellness. Our services are action-oriented, sequential, transformative approaches to healing wounds caused by unmet hopes, dreams expectations and life events that we wish had been different, better, or more.
