We exist because we have been called to love those that been lost to themselves. It is through our faith in God that we have heard and responded to God's call. As an organization, we rely on our faith in God to direct us. We do not require any employee to share, or to live their life based on our faith. We do want all employees to understand and agree to our faith based organizational structure. As a faith-Based Organization, God is the head and our executive team directs the company based on their understanding of God's will for us, as well as basic biblical principles and disciplines. Anyone completing this application is doing so with an understanding and agreement to how we operate as a faith-based organization.
