Nativity Decorations Form
Thank you for helping us make the Nativity Celebration Event beautiful and festive! Please let us know which items you can lend or donate. All items will be carefully handled and returned after the event unless specified as a donation. If you are lending items, please attach a name tag to each individual item so we can ensure everything is returned to its rightful owner.

Drop-Off Date: Sunday, December 1st, form 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM & Monday, December 2nd, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brownsburg building (9710 56th St., Clermont, IN). If you need alternative arrangements, especially for transportation assistance, please let us know.

Pick-Up Date: Tuesday, December 10th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, also at the Brownsburg building. If you require alternative pick-up arrangements, please contact us in advance.
