Fall 2026 Pinning Night RSVP
Hello there, 

Thank you so much for your interest in joining Alpha Phi Omega at San Jose State University! Submitting this form means that you plan to attend our Pinning Night to initiate your pledging process. We look forward to meeting you!

This form will close on September 4th.

Second Pinning Night will happen at a disclosed location, Sept 10th, @ 6:00 pm. Please arrive on time and notify the President at (408) 796-8972 should you be running late. 

*Please bring $50 in cash, or a check or money order made payable to Alpha Phi Omega AS/SJSU. All payments are non-refundable.

**Dress Code: Semi Formal, All Black Attire
