Summer welcome table - set up on back right hand side of the room.

Set up Giving Table - back left hand side of room (summer)

Set up black table cloth on table

Open box and put out info sheets

Ensure padlock faces backwards

Set up giving machine (instructions in box). This will require someone 'hot spotting' their phone to the giving machine when setting up can disconnect once this has been done.

09:00-09:45 Welcome positions

All members with named lanyards

*Welcome 2 and 4 are priority. Ensure these positions are filled first.

Welcome 1: Outside front door (if not raining!) with yellow jacket

Welcome 2: Inside entrance hall, guiding people in

Welcome 3: On the door, welcoming people into the main room

Welcome 4: Inside by Welcome Table, showing people to seats

Are there any leaflets low on stock from the list above? If so please state below which ones below so we can top up ready for next week.

10:08-10:10 Welcome team positions (2-minute break)

Ensure there is someone on the Welcome Table after worship when service leader points out 'go to the welcome table if you're new'
Rest of Welcome Team on the look out for anyone new/not speaking to someone. Ensure they're not left out = radical welcome

11:00-11:30 after service

Continue conversations with new people, hold connect cards, point towards welcome table, connect groups, link them with someone else

Connect Cards

Filled in Connect Cards go in the blue folder, to be sent back to Boon.
Blank Connect Cards can be stored in the welcome box.
Please use question at top of this form to flag early if we are low on Connect Cards.
