If you have not secured your contractual FTE for the next school year after the Matching Session, please provide MFT the information below for MFE to use at Placement Committee Session (HR, MFE and Principal representatives attend, teachers do not). The Placement Committee will convene starting June 9th and will continue until all Placements are completed. The Committee's obligation is to assign you in the same licensure area(s) you were in during this school year, but they may consider your request to be placed into a different licensure area if there are vacancies available. Please watch your email for further updates on the process and notification of your assignment. Notifications of offers will go out after the Placement Session has concluded for all licensure areas.

If you are holding partial FTE, the Placement Committee will:

--Seek to add available position(s) to increase your time to the FTE held in the licensure(s) exercised this year; OR

--Replace the position(s) you have with other available position(s) so that the total FTE is equal to the total FTE held this year in the license(s) exercised this year.

--Voluntary Demotion: MPS and MFT do not have the right to demote your FTE without your consent. If the only option to get you assigned will involve moving you out of a position(s) you may wish to keep, it is critical that you indicate your wishes below:
