My program includes a personalized training, meal, and cardio plan tailored to help you achieve your specific goals. Depending on your goal, you’ll be required to weigh your meals, hit a daily step count, and stay consistent with your training. I can’t make the necessary strategic adjustments to support your progress if we don’t have a clear understanding of your daily macronutrient and caloric intake, as well as your energy expenditure. I’m here to guide you, but I need you to be ready to put in the work and leave the excuses behind. If you're willing to take this seriously and challenge yourself, I look forward to hearing from you.
