What is required of you?

• Demonstrator: demonstrate skills, share knowledge, educate attendees, and showcase community initiatives.

• Each vendor will get a 10x10 space. You are responsible for providing a tent, table and all other display materials. If you require power please say so below in the questions.

• Vendors are required to keep track of their own sales and stock.

• You must tidy your space before you leave.

• Foragers Farms has general liability insurance, but you are required to obtain your own insurance for the day should you wish to cover your company.

• You are required to stay at your table the entire time, except for breaks. This is an opportunity for you to meet with our customers and promote your products.

• We do ask you to share the branded content we send in the Instagram group to help promote the event leading up to it. Please make sure to tag us (@commongroundfestival) in your social media posts.
