UGES Tech Ticket
Please fill out the fields below as completely as you can so we can resolve your tech issue. Be specific as you can when describing the issue.
If you are returning a device please put a post-it note where it came from (classroom, student name, teacher name etc.) and put the device in Chris McBryde's mailbox. Please put location of tech issue or device in the description (Chris' mailbox, computer cart, classroom etc.)
Helpful hints before submitting a ticket:
*Did you restart?
*Check spelling of usernames, emails, passwords (students)
*Are all wires/cords plugged in?
