Thank you for your interest in Trinity River Audubon Center! We are a part of National Audubon Society. Our mission is to protect birds and the places they need, today and tomorrow. We look forward to learning about your event, including your mission and objectives.

To book an event please complete and submit this form 30 days prior to the earliest potential date(s). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing, at which time we will contact you.

Professional photographers, commercial photographers and film crews – please contact us at trac@audubon.org for information regarding our media policy and rates.

Please note that insurance or liability forms may be required depending on event type. Please also note that dogs are not allowed on property and bicycles are not allowed on our trails. However, companion service dogs are allowed in the center and on trails.

Trinity River Audubon Center recognizes the challenges of our current situation. We ask for your patience and support in following these new guidelines for events.

As a City of Dallas facility we ask that you please wear a mask indoors. In accordance with Dallas County orders, we strongly encourage our guests to wear a mask while enjoying our property outdoors if social distancing is not an option. We do have outdoor and indoor bathrooms available for your use.
