By signing up to compete in this slam event, you agree to uphold a respectful and inclusive space for all participants, audience members, and organizers.

As a competitor, you agree that your performance will be free of:

Hate speech of any kind

Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or xenophobic content

Ableist, misogynistic, or otherwise discriminatory or derogatory language

Content that promotes or glorifies violence or harassment toward any individual or group based on identity, background, or lived experience

We celebrate creative freedom, but not at the expense of safety or dignity. This is a community-centred event and we aim to maintain a welcoming environment for all.

Violation of this code may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the venue. This decision will be at the discretion of event organizers and is non-negotiable.
