This two-day workshop is an educational forum for immunization providers. Instructors from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention will present up-to-date immunization content.
Exhibitors are limited to a maximum of 8. Exhibit fee includes the following: 6’ long x 18” deep display table with one representative at $750 Includes lunch and validated parking for one representative. Additional representatives may be added for the cost of lunch & parking. Validated parking is $10 per day. Lunch for additional representatives is $72 per day.
The workshop location is the Ala Moana Hotel, 410 Atkinson Drive, Honolulu, HI 96814. The exhibit area will allow opportunity to interact with workshop participants before and during the two-day conference workshop.
