Mx. Juneteenth: A Black and Queer Liberation Celebration- Vendor Sign Up
Thank you for your interest in tabling at Mx. Juneteenth: A Black and Queer Liberation Celebration! We're so excited to celebrate Black and queerness in Cleveland, Saturday June 18, 2022! Mx. Juneteenth will be held in midtown at Blk Punk Press from noon- 6PM. The following form is meant to be completed by folxs interested in selling their goods or providing community services at the event. Please read the following disclaimers before completing the form:

VENDOR INFORMATION:
-Priority will be given to those from marginalized backgrounds particularly those who are Black and Queer but all individuals and organizations that align with the liberation of Black People are welcome to apply.

-There will be a flat fee of $50 for tabling and individuals keep 100% of the profit earned from their table. Vendor table deposits are nonrefundable and due at the time your organization or business is confirmed. No one will be turned away for inability to pay. Contact us to discuss fee and payment at mxjuneteenth@gmail.com.

-We will provide you with a table cloth, table and two chairs, and 8 ½ black and white vendor sign.

-Vendors are asked to share a day report due one week after the event. This report will include the name of the org, number of people who worked the table, approx number of people engaged with, and how much profits, or units of service you were able to make/give out. This information allows us to show merit in the event to garner sponsors and future support for events like this to happen again. We want to make sure we are serving the community effectively. Your individual success helps us with this.

-Please complete by Sunday, May 1, 2022. A member from the Mx. Juneteenth leadership team will reach out shortly thereafter.
