Nomination Criteria for New Charter Members
1. Entrepreneurs
At least one successful exit ($20M+), or
Founder of a startup with ≥ $10M in fundraising and ≥ 20 full-time employees, or
Founder of a small or medium business with ≥ $2.5M annual revenue and ≥ 15 employees
2. Corporate Executives VP/Director or above at a public or Fortune 1000 company, or
C-suite executive at a private or non-Fortune 1000 company with ≥ $500M annual revenue
3. Influencers
Recognized personality with a substantial following (100K+), in fields such as entertainment, politics, media, or academia, or
Leadership role in a major accelerator or ecosystem (e.g., YC, TechStars, etc.)
4. Investors Partner at a U.S.-based VC firm managing ≥ $100M fund, or
Active angel investor with ≥ 10 investments in the past 5 years, or
Associate/Partner in a corporate VC (e.g., Kaiser Ventures, Samsung Ventures, Intel Capital), or
Recognized advocate of entrepreneurship with a record of mentorship, investment, and community building
5. Professionals Lawyers: Partner-level at top national/global firms involved in startups, IPOs, or M&A
Accountants / Consultants: Partner or Managing Director at major firms engaged in startup and M&A work
Investment Bankers: Senior-level professionals involved in IPOs or corporate transactions
Corporate Leaders: Managing portfolios exceeding $500M in marketing, procurement, or related domains
