Thank you for your interest in the NMR Sunday Meditation Retreat.

From 9 AM to 4 PM, immerse yourself in the practice of labeling meditation, with prostration, walking, and sitting meditation to guide you through your mindful journey. Our experienced Meditation Master will be there to help you along the way, providing guidance and feedback to help you deepen your practice. After the session, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your personal experience and receive feedback from Meditation Master one-on-one.

Please bring your lunch. To support the temple and the one-day meditation retreat, a $50 donation is recommended, but not mandatory.

We may capture your image or video tape you during the meditation session and use these photos and videos for any promotional purposes. This authorization can be revoked at any time by notifying Benny.
