SSNL Provincial Tournament - Request to Host Form
This form must be completed  in order to be eligible to host a Provincial Tournament in the current school year (2025-26). All applications will be cross referenced with the host rotation order and a list of the winning bids will be posted and sent to Athletic Directors shortly after.  

Schools bidding for provincial tournaments should have facilities/accommodations for and be prepared to host 8 teams. There may be exceptions to this if less or more teams declare interest through the Declaration Process.

Any Provincial Tournament that did not receive a host bid will then be open to accept any school to host on a first come, first serve basis by filling out this form and submitting.

4. If applying for multiple Provincial Championship Events please list in order of preference
5. List the convenor(s), their email, and tournament (if applying for more than one tournament) for each Provincial tournament you are applying to host. If the convenor is also coach please indicate a co-convenor *

6B. If yes to question #4 then list the Co-Convenor(s) and school(s) of each tournament and their email(s).
7. Provide a brief description of the venues you will be using? Please see the SSNL Sport Technical Standards of the sport in question to make sure your venue(s) meet standard requirements. *
8. If using multiple venues for any tournament, please list the distance between those venues and the sport and if applicable, also list the distance between co-host schools. *
9. What accommodations are available within half hour drive of the tournament venue.  Please provide a list of all accommodations within the 30 minute driving time. Convenors are expected to make arrangements to have accommodations block booked when tournaments are accepted. If this is not confirmed 6 months prior to the tournament, the tournament may be offered to another school.
10. Please provide a list of all restaurants, dining options, and grocers in the area.
