美國華人未婚青年生活與價值觀問卷 Life and Values ​​of Unmarried Single Chinese Americans Questionnaire

目的：本問卷採用不記名電子調查方式進行，旨在瞭解美國華人未婚青年的教育背景、工作與收入、生活愛好、戀愛及婚姻觀與人生目標等，以供統計與學術研究。

對象：18歲以上的未婚青年

需時：約8–10分鐘

保密：不記名電子問卷不需提供任何個人聯絡資料，所有內容由「華人美好生活協會」（簡稱: CBLA）統計分析，該會是美國非牟利社會服務機構，服務紐約華人社區近廿年。研究報告將於2025年底於「全球未婚青年高峰會」公佈，並在《號角月報》發表。

Purpose: This questionnaire, conducted anonymously and electronically, aims to understand the educational background, employment and income, hobbies, views on love and marriage, and life goals of single Chinese Americans for statistical and academic research purposes.

Time required: Approximately 8–10 minutes

Confidentiality: The anonymous electronic questionnaire does not require any personal contact information. All content will be analyzed by the "Chinese Better Life Association" (CBLA), a nonprofit social service organization serving the New York Chinese community for nearly 20 years. The research report will be released at the "Single Youth Summit 2025" at the end of 2025 and published in the Herald Monthly Newspaper.
