If you are not yet eligible for membership, but would like to participate in Chi Upsilon Chapter activities, you are welcome to participate as a provisional member.  

Provisional members:
Are invited and expected to participate in chapter activities
Do not pay fees
Are not official members of Phi Theta Kappa honor society
Are not eligible for Phi Theta Kappa members-only scholarships
Are not eligible for graduation or transfer benefits
May not hold executive office

Should you become eligible in a future semester, you will be invited to full membership.

To activate your provisional membership, complete these steps:

Join our Canvas space by visiting www.mchenry.edu/ptk and clicking on the link in the purple box.  Our page will be added to your course list.
Participate in any Phi Theta Kappa event.  Find out about events through our Canvas page or attend one of our Welcome Receptions.
Talk to any advisor or chapter officer
Complete and submit the form below.
