Class of 2018: get to know the Class of 2018!

When: Wednesday, August 20th
Where: Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve in Mahomet, IL (https://goo.gl/maps/bVSi2)
Time: 9am - 4pm

Important: food (breakfast & lunch) and t-shirts are free! All you have to do is fill out the survey at the bottom of this form.

Transportation: carpool drivers needed! It takes 20 minutes to get from the vet school to the forest preserve (https://goo.gl/maps/IqB8L). And you'll want some time before we start (9 am) to get your shirt and some breakfast. Since you should leave the vet school no later than 8:30, you should get there by 8/8:15 to leave enough time to coordinate.

The purpose of the Veterinary Leadership Experience (VLE) is to strengthen the intrinsic leadership potential through an interactive curriculum designed to encourage and promote self-improvement and professional development.

The goals of the VLE are to:
1. Provide a highly interactive curriculum involving an array of learning formats.
2. Present and reinforce concepts of servant-leadership, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and communication.
3. Promote peer–to-peer collaboration and reflective thinking.

This is a day with your classmates that you won't want to miss!

Please have your responses in NO LATER than Friday, 08/08/14, as we want to make sure we can get T-shirts printed and delivered in time!
