Are you a young person that is ready to assist in making
community change by becoming a youth leader in your area?
Would you like to be a voice that empowers your peers to
remain free from substance use?
The HEARD Coalition is inviting you to take part in a Youth Coalition
working together to reduce the risk of substance use among young people. As well as to raise awareness about mental health issues facing young people today.
The Youth Coalition launched February 2023.
Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.
Requirements:

Have a passion to work towards community change
·
Participate in an interview with select HEARD
members
·
High School students through 20 years of age
·
Live in or near Lubbock County
·
Commit to one meeting per month in addition to future
outreach events
What you gain by participating in the Youth Coalition:
