Rent is paid weekly via ACH or card only. Cash or checks are not accepted.

Rejected or failed payments may result in a $30 NSF fee and additional enforcement actions.

I am required to maintain active liability insurance at all times.

Aura Group LLC must be listed as an additional insured on my insurance policy.

I must maintain all required Iowa professional licenses while occupying the suite.

Only approved services listed in my lease may be performed in the suite.

Any painting, mounting, or modifications to the suite require prior written approval.

I am responsible for keeping my suite clean, sanitary, and professional at all times.

Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or strong odors outside the suite are not permitted.

Common areas must be used respectfully and kept clean for all tenants.

Studio sharing or allowing another professional to operate from my suite is not permitted without written approval.

I am responsible for securing my suite and all personal equipment and supplies.

Management has the right to enter the suite for maintenance, inspections, or emergencies.

I acknowledge that these requirements summarize but do not replace the full lease agreement.
