Hello!

This is the sponsorship form for our Share & Care Kids4Kids Pickleball Fundraiser. The event will take place on January 31, 2026, at Sport Time Englewood, 62 Rte 4 E, Englewood, NJ, from 2–5 p.m.

Every Donation is Valuable 
A donation of $130 covers a child’s books, school bags, uniforms, stationery supplies, required science tools, family visits, counseling, math and English classes, and empowerment workshops for an entire year. 


Friends - $250 or Less
