Informed Consent Form

Dear Participant,

This study aims to explore various dimensions of individuals’ socialization with artificial intelligence. The survey includes a series of questions designed specifically for this purpose. Participation in this research is entirely voluntary. The tests and questions you will be asked during the study are generally not of a nature to cause personal discomfort. You may refuse to participate or decide to discontinue your participation at any time after starting. Exercising this right will not result in any negative consequences.

The information obtained will be used solely for scientific purposes. Data collected from this study will be stored for a period of 36 months. During this period, the data will be securely stored on the researcher’s computer and will be erased after 36 months.

The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. Completing the survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes. There are no known risks associated with completing these questionnaires.

Participation in the research is entirely voluntary. The questions your child will be asked during the study are generally not of a nature that would cause personal discomfort. You or your child may refuse to participate or choose to discontinue participation at any time after starting the survey. Exercising this right will not result in any negative consequences.
