This agreement is for Handcraft & Art Club (HAC) members who want to sell their products in Markets /pop-up/Online stall in Brisbane:

Handcraft & Art Club (HAC) Member Agreement

This form is for the Handcraft & Art Club (HAC) members who are interested in selling their products in  

  • Wednesday Markets held in Campbell Place, St. Lucia, and/or
  • Saturday Market held in Rocklea, and/or
  • Pop-up stall host in different places
  • Shopping center Shop (special condition apply, please contact HAC Marketing Team)

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Accuracy of Information:

    • All information provided by the applicant, including product names, pricing, and characteristics, must be accurate.
    • HAC do not hold responsibility for incorrect bank transfer if the bank details entered by the applicant is inaccurate.  
    • The quality and price of all products being sold are subject to approval by HAC.
  2. Product Quality and Warranty:

    • To ensure product quality, applicants must agree to provide a 2-month warranty for their products.
    • This warranty covers product breakage due to quality reasons but not personal reasons (e.g., mishandling by customers).
  3. Design Rights:

    • Applicants are responsible for any design rights related to their consignment products.
  4. Stall Fee:

    • The stall fee will be charged based on the space selected by business owner or artist (see Section 4).
    • The minimum stall rental period is one month. 
    • All stall fee will be charged at the beginning of the month. 
    • HAC Stall fee discount and additional rate are as follows(Exclusive Shopping Center):
      • Admin: $10 off (eg: $10 grid/wk - $10/wk off = $0)
      • Member: $5 off  (eg: $10 grid/wk - $5/wk off = $5)
      • Non-handcraft products: An additional 30% on sales + space charge.
  5. Revenue Settlement:

    • Applicants’ total revenue must be settled within 5-7 working days after the end of every Wednesday Market.
    • Payment will be made via bank transfer.
  6. Data Sharing:

    • Sellers should be aware that data such as selling prices and weekly income may be shared with other sellers or third parties.
  7. Product List and Care Instructions:

    • Applicants must maintain an updated product list on the provided Google sheet.
    • Include care instructions for each product.
  8. Stall Fee Inclusions:

    • Stall fees cover the following:
      • General Packaging bags
      • Small-sized plastic bags
      • Price tags (PLEASE Price and add your name on each of your item before drop in stall, any unmarked item will not be display and sell in our stalls)
      • Marquee/table hire/Grid
      • Labor
  9. Stall Fee Exclusions:

    • Square fee
  10. Member Discount:

    • Applicants agree to give HAC members a 10% discount on their selling products.
  11. Consultation and Review:

    • Applicants can consult HAC’s head of marketing regarding any questions about the Wednesday Markets and special wrapping for consignment products.
    • If sales are not satisfactory, HAC will provide product and price reviews and offer advice on adjustments.
  12. Confidentiality:

    • All information submitted by applicants will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of Wednesday Markets.
  13. Acknowledgment:

    • By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by HAC and the University of Queensland Union (UQ Union).
    • You understand that this record contains disclaimers and information provided voluntarily.
