AS SUBKREWE CAPTAIN, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR MEMBERS UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THESE RULES.
- No gas powered motorized vehicles allowed without approval from The Overlords.
- No confetti cannons allowed
- No smoke bombs, fireworks, fire, or incendiary devices of any kind allowed.
- No plastic beads allowed
- Subkrewe's theme/costumes must be Sci-Fi, fantasy, horror, or generally Pop-culture in nature, in keeping with the spirit of Chewbacchus. The Overlords reserve the right to reject any theme that is not pleasing to The Sacred Drunken Wookiee
- The Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus does not pay subkrewes or dancing groups to march in the parade. Every member (bands excluded) of Chewbacchus must pay annual membership dues in order to participate in the parade.
- Dues start at $42 and increase incrementally as the parade date approaches. Membership can be paid at Chewbacchus.org
- PLEASE INFORM YOUR KREWE MEMBERS THAT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THEY USE THE SAME NAME FOR YOUR SUBKREWE THAT YOU ARE REGISTERING WHEN THEY PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP.
