Thank you for your interest in hosting an event in connection with Bozeman Pride!
We are looking for events the week before and after pride (May 25th - June 7th) that bring folks together to educate, connect, celebrate, and grow our queer community.
What is an affiliate event?
Affiliated events are events hosted by any interested organization, business, or group that tie into the theme of Pride. The hosting org is solely responsible for planning, marketing and executing the event. Your event can be educational, social, entertaining, sales focused, or anything you want it to be. It can be a fundraiser for your org, a free event, or maybe even a fundraiser for Pride ;)
What you get from us?
Bozeman Pride will help promote and market your event. It will be listed on our schedule of events, shared on socials, emailed out, and promoted on printed materials at pride. You are responsible for creating marketing materials and sharing them with us, and then we will help get the word out!
Deadlines
- Fill out this form by April 15th, and we will review and be in touch to confirm approval.
- Send your marketing materials to us by May 1st to be included in our or digital marketing
