Transportation Policy

I understand that Transportation will notify me if my student(s) does not have their SMART Tag badge. After 5 days per semester students will not be allowed to ride daily without their Smart Tag Badge.

I understand after the 5th incident of my student not having their SMART Tag badge, they will only be allowed to ride with their SMART Tag badge for the remainder of the semester. I understand I will need to make other school transportation arrangements for my students on non smart tag days.

I have read the Forney ISD Bus Riders' Handbook and understand the policies and student code of conduct for my child to ride the bus. I acknowledge if my child doesn't follow the rules according to the student code of conduct he or she will lose their bus riding privileges.
