The Parent Advocacy Council for Education is an initiative of the Christina Cultural Arts Center focused on unified and collective action promoting equity, access and more effective learning in the schools and community places of Wilmington, Delaware.  The network is open to all interested in the cause (not just parents!) - and there are a variety of ways to participate.
