During longer projects, lets say about a year or more, how do you think your work is affected? *
i.e. Do you feel that you tend to find more critical issues but forget about the most basic ones, or that you know where the grouping of defects occurs?
Do you think that someone that knows less about the project can offer a new vision and new feedback to the project? *
What do you think would be the negative consequences of using a new testing paradigm, in which the QC Lead and a Senior tester remain in the proyect for as long as possible, but the rest of the team rotates between projects every 6 months? *
i.e. Can the rest of the team offer new perspectives on the work flow?
