Anti-Union Reporting Form
ChristianaCare employees who are attempting to form a union have rights that protect them from undue influence and interference from management.

Under the NLRA Interfering with employee rights (Section 7 & 8(a)(1)), is illegal. Employees have the right to unionize, to join together to advance their interests as employees, and to refrain from such activity. It is unlawful for an employer to interfere with, restrain, or coerce employees in the exercise of their rights. For example, employers may not respond to a union organizing drive by threatening, interrogating, or spying on pro-union employees, or by promising benefits if they vote against the union.

If you think your rights have violated or interfered with in any way, use this form to report the incident ASAP with as much detail as possible. Even if you aren't sure if what happened was illegal, report the incident and we can work with you to determine whether it is. Reporting with this form does not automatically mean we will file a charge or take action. If we determine that what ChristianaCare did may be illegal, we will not take any steps without your consent.
