As Pope Francis asks us all to “truly encounter” those around us, it seems especially relevant to recognize the many ways that encountering others “where they are” is already happening.  Please consider sharing your story.  Write a few sentences or several pages, whatever your preference; but recognize that your story is important.  Include your name or remain anonymous, the choice is yours.
