About the Fellowship

If you are ready to be a CXO in the next 5 years then this opportunity is for you! The Future Ready Fellowship is a 12-month immersive learning and mentoring journey designed to prepare high-potential young women like you for the workplace. It equips you with future-of-work skills, GenAI fundamentals, industry exposure, and 1:1 mentorship from senior women leaders, helping you transition from a learner to a confident, future-ready professional.

What will your experience look like?
