Tri on the Trail Triathlon
Join us August 24, 2025 at the Barrhead Aquatic Centre for a fun filled sporting event for ages 3-99 years.

Distances by age: (swimming, biking, run)
3-5: 25m, 750m, 500m
6-7: 50m, 1.5km, 750m
8-9: 100m, 5km, 1km
10-11: 200m, 5km, 2km
12-13: 300m, 10km, 3km
14 & up Try a Tri: 500m, 10km, 4km
16 & up Sprint: 750m, 20km, 5km

Swimming: to take place at Barrhead Swimming Pool
Biking: 5km and under, all within town of Barrhead, 10 & 20km on highway
Running:  all within the town of Barrhead

Registration Fees:
July 1 - July 15 (early bird) $45
July 16 - August 15 $55
EARLY BIRD PRICING EXTENDED TO AUGUST 1!

Team Fees:
Each Racer on the Team (whether 2 or 3) $40
