Preferred Rental Hours-

Terms: room available 1 hr prior to the event and 1 hr after. *Overtime fees will apply as per our hourly rate.

Preferred Studio Room/Area: Please see website or call us to set up a tour of the space.

Main Studio 1300sq ft. / 250 per hr.

2nd floor - 1000sq ft. (Includes mini kitchen, prep space, bathroom and additional private therapy room adjacent) / 200.00 per hr.

Garden Level 700sq ft. - perfect for small groups of 6-10 people (50.00 per hour)
