Section 2: Acknowledgment of Risk

Lumen House is a multi-use creative studio available for photography, videography, events, and other bookings. By using the space, you acknowledge that:

You are participating voluntarily and are aware that creative equipment, props, and studio setups may pose potential hazards.

You accept full responsibility for your actions, your guests, and any equipment or materials you bring into the space.

You agree to use only the areas you've book respectfully and leave the studio in the same condition as it was found.

I understand and accept the risks associated with using the space.

Section 3: Damage + Liability

You agree to be held responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or fixtures that occurs during your booking period. Should there be any damage to the studio or furnishings, you will be responsible to replace and/or have the studio professionally cleaned.

Lumen House and its representatives are not liable for:

Any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Any business interruption, loss of income, or production delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

I agree that I am responsible for any damage caused by myself or my guests.

I release Lumen House and its representatives from any liability arising from my use of the space.

Section 4: Content Use + Privacy

Lumen House may occasionally capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional use (social media, website, etc.).
You may opt out below.

You acknowledge the studio is securely monitored and recorded with audio and visual.

I consent to be included in promotional content.

Section 5: Studio Rules

Please acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to the following:

No pets, smoking, vaping, open flames, illegal substances or alcohol is permitted inside Lumen House.

No glitter, glue, confetti, spray tan or anything else that may damage the furnishings is permitted.

Should you require alcohol, a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) and insurance is required. Proof of permit and insurance is required.

Removing outside footwear is a must out of respect for the designer, the studio and everyone who utilizes Lumen House.

Keep music at respectful levels.

Booking time includes setup and cleanup.

Do not block exits or hallways.

Any overtime may result in additional charges.

I agree to follow all Lumen House studio rules.

I will be obtaining a Special Occasions Permit and Insurance and agree to provide proof of purchase.

I will NOT be obtaining a Special Occasions Permit and release Lumen House from all liability.
