Hi, I'm a current UBC undergrad working on a technical writing project. The purpose of this survey is to collect primary data that will be analysed to improve efficiency and customer experience at White Rock Honda. The final report will be addressed to White Rock Honda management. More specifically, this survey, along with employee interviews and cost data will provide information on keeping or changing the current car wash method. The survey has 5 multiple-choice questions and should take about 5 minutes to complete. Response to questions are all voluntary and anonymous. Thank you very much for your participation.
