Shabbat Kiddush: September 2022
In accordance with our charge from our Board of Trustees (decision made by President, Rabbi and Executive Director and upon medical advice), we are back in person for daily minyan and Shabbat services in our beautiful sanctuary.
We have brought back congregational kiddushim and are asking you to register for Kiddush so we know how many to cook for!
Please continue to utilize best practices as above and most importantly, continue to monitor your health carefully. Clearly, we have learned by now, that we should not come to synagogue if we feel unwell, have been exposed to COVID, have tested positive, or have any symptoms associated with COVID. We have done an outstanding job of keeping each other safe and healthy during these difficult times. Let’s continue to do so.
As of Aug. 18, 2022, masking is optional inside our building.
When you enter the sanctuary, you will see there are rows designated for seating and spaces between rows and seats. Look for the Green Dots for proper spacing of seats and rows. This is designed to maintain appropriate social distancing as per COVID Guidelines. If you are seated in an inappropriate area please change your seat according to the guidance of a synagogue usher.
We look forward to seeing you in shul.
Ken Simon, President of the Board of Trustees of Emanuel Synagogue
