2024 TSA Summer Day Camp Registration

We are excited to announce our upcoming Summer Day Camp, which will take place from July 8th to August 2nd, spanning 4 weeks. Our camp provides a fun, safe, and educational experience for children aged 6-13 years old.

Our Summer Day Camp offers a wide range of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, music, swimming, and outdoor adventures. Our dedicated and experienced staff members and volunteers will ensure that your child will have a memorable summer filled with new friendships and experiences.

To register your child for our Summer Day Camp, please complete this registration form. Spaces are limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Camp duration: July 8th, 2024 to August 2nd, 2024 (4 weeks)
Date: Monday to Friday (Field trip on Thursdays)
Time: 9:00am -3:30pm

Registration Fee: $25.00 per camper
Camp fee: $780 per camper (Fee including Field trips, daily lunch and snack except Field trip day)
Extend care: $60 per week (3:30pm-5:00pm)

Waiver of Food Allergy

I understand that the summer day camp to which I am applying may serve food that contains ingredients my child might be allergic to. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the summer day camp program, I hereby assume all risk and release and discharge the camp, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child as a result of the food allergy during the summer day camp program.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release, and I agree voluntarily with the knowledge that I am giving up legal rights by doing so.
