Sound healing techniques utilize sound, vibration, and intention to gently guide individuals from their normal waking state (beta) into a deeply relaxed state (alpha/theta). In this relaxed state, the body’s natural healing abilities can function more effectively, helping to restore vibrational alignment and improve overall health and well-being.

At Inner Peace Yoga, we are not licensed health professionals. Therefore, we do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform medical treatments, nor do we interfere with any treatments provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Our services are complementary to traditional Western medical practices. Some sessions may involve the use of a yoga hammock.

Please note that some sessions include the placement of vibrating objects near or on the body, which may emit high or low-pitched sounds. If you feel that these sounds or the objects may cause discomfort, pain, or injury, please inform us before the session begins. Additionally, I understand that the practitioner may place her hands on my body for support or healing (e.g., third eye, shoulders, feet, back, etc.), in addition to using sound bowls.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the information above. I further agree not to pursue any legal action against Inner Peace Yoga, its volunteers, employees, affiliates, or associated studio spaces for any personal injury or damage. I release the mentioned entities from any liability, negligence, or claims related to my participation.

Photography and Video Waiver and Consent
I consent to having my photo and/or video taken. I also agree to allow such photos and/or video to be used by Inner-Peace Yoga for promotional purposes; including but not limited to social media, advertising and website images.
