Program objectives:
 Participants will be able to:
• Get full understanding of what training is
• Learn the characteristics that a trainer should have and what are the skills a trainer should acquire
• Identify and describe essential components of an effective training
• Think through and begin drafting needs assessment for their training
• Know how to write goals and objectives of their training session  
• Will learn how to write a proper training session outline
• Explain the experiential learning cycle and apply the concepts of training design
• Learn and use different training methods
• Learn the skills to be an international trainer and be able to deal with all kinds of diversity
• Learn how to manage groups and handle questions
• Know how to deal with difficult participants
• Learn how to handle difficult situations during training.
• Learn to deal with diversity, and all different kinds of your audience (this will also help you train on the international level)
• Give and receive feedback and evaluation
• Train back and practice being on stage.
   
Course Details
- Duration of the course: 32 hours.
- Workshops will be Sunday and Wednesday of every week for 8 Sessions from 6 PM to 10 PM
