Call for Vendors: Movies in the Garden 2018
Please fill out this form if you or your organization is interested in participating in Movies in the Garden 2018. The 4th Annual Movies in the Garden will be held every Thursday between July 5th - August 2nd. This event is produced by Raleigh Little Theatre and sponsored by Live it Up! Hillsborough Street and Raleigh Brewing Company.

There will be various arts and information booths, fun activities, and food trucks as pre-show activities. These activities will begin one hour before the movie, and the movie will begin at dusk (roughly 8:30 p.m.).  

Please complete the following form to indicate which night(s) you would like to attend. The concession stand will open at 7:00 p.m. and close 30 minutes after the movie starts. Pre-show activities will occur from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Participating organizations are expected to be set up by 6:30 p.m. and are welcome to stay for the duration of the film. The Raleigh Little Theatre can supply tables and chairs. Feel free to bring lights and tents, but know that limited power will be available.

Booth Fees include:

FREE-Hillsborough Street Merchants, Local Non-Profits and NC State Affiliates
$50-Artists/Crafters
$250-Businesses outside the Hillsborough Street District
