Sauteed chicken with caramelized lemon (GF): Pan-seared, skinless, boneless white and dark meat chicken seasoned with oregano, garlic and shallots. Thin lemon slices are caramelized in the hot pan, smoothing out the flavor and softening the flesh. Delivered with rice and chickeny-lemon broth. $100

White beans with zhoug and pickled onions (PB, V, GF):  White beans, spinach and a few blistered cherry tomatoes are coated with perhaps the most magical of green herb sauces. Zhoug combines cilantro, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil with only a tiny bit of jalapeno -- nothing more than a black pepper heat. Preserved lemon makes it more exotic. So yummy. Delivered with basmati rice and pickled red onons.. $100
