All nominees for membership in the Union High School Hall of Fame will fall into one of the following categories:

1. Friends of Union High School

2. Coaches/Sponsors

3. Teams/Groups

4. Individuals

5. Distinguished Graduate

Please respond to the questions below to nominate a deserving candidate. All nominations will be discussed by the Hall of Fame Committee. Leaving any of the questions unanswered will result in the nomination being disregarded.
