Program Overview This intensive cohort brings together seasoned biotech experts to collaborate on phenotype development projects that push the boundaries of current research. Participants will work alongside industry leaders, contributing their expertise while gaining access to state-of-the-art facilities and methodologies.

Collaboration Structure Our 24-week program emphasizes peer-to-peer learning and cross-disciplinary innovation. You'll engage in:

Investment & Opportunity No tuition required. Instead, participants receive 5% profit sharing for 24 months following the launch of commercial applications developed through the cohort's work. All research will be conducted open-source, and every contributor will be credited in published work arising from the project.

Eligibility This program is designed for professionals with demonstrated experience in biotechnology, research, or related fields who can contribute meaningfully to advanced phenotype development projects.

Time Commitment We ask for just 4 hours per week of in-person collaboration—a manageable investment that fits into your professional schedule.
