JPL-CSUN Partnership - Fall 2015
Dear CSUN-JPL Summer Institute Participants.

We are very pleased that you were able to join us at JPL this summer to learn how NASA applies the T and E in STEM in their scientific missions.  It is our goal that you will be supported in applying knowledge you gained there in a significant way as you return to your classrooms this Fall.

In order to assure this we will be holding two follow-up workshops in September.   Please sign up for at least ONE workshop by the registration date as shown, as seats are limited and we will offer the training to other educators if places remain.

We are awaiting disbursal of the NASA funds in order to process your stipends.  It is our hope that you will receive them by mid-September.

Saturday, September 12 -Building a STEM Education Website -  Limit: 25 participants (Dr. Norm Herr) - you will develop a website to host your STEM lessons.

Saturday, September 26  Project Based Learning (PBL) Workshop  -- "Mission to Titan"  (Dr. Susan Belgrad and Dr. Ota Lutz)
