Creating Surveys and Setting Survey Options, George Rosa, Hostos Community College
We will learn how to create and administer surveys online through Blackboard. Among the topics discussed will be selecting question types appropriate for surveys, retrieving survey feedback data, and new survey administration features found in Blackboard Enhanced, such as the ability to set survey availability exceptions for users and groups and specify when and what kind of feedback results are displayed to students.

Using the Rubrics Tool, Dr. Sylvie L. F. Richards, CUNY School of Professional Studies
In this workshop, you will learn the basics of how to create rubrics for different types of assignments in Blackboard. You will also learn how to link these rubrics to the assignments and to the Grade Center. Rubrics can also be used with inline grading saving you time as you grade. Additionally, we will look at the options for giving feedback to students using rubrics.
