ATTENDEE NOTE: The DOT Bid Room is located at the southeast corner of 55 Water Street and has a separate entrance. You will need to walk across Vietnam Veterans Memorial Plaza to access the entrance. 55 Water Street building security is very strict. You will need a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport to gain entry.  You and your belongings will be scanned as at airports.
