Sims Kids Summer Camp Enrollment Request

Please complete the form below to submit your child’s summer camp enrollment request. Families may select their preferred weeks and days of the week, along with any early drop-off or extended care needs.

Once your form is submitted, you will receive confirmation of availability within 24–48 hours, along with an invoice for the registration fee and deposit to secure your child’s spot.

Due to our intentionally small group sizes, space is limited and enrollment is confirmed on a first-come basis.
